Ali Landry was an American model and actress, who took her home Miss USA title in 1996. Her name was chosen by her mom after Ali MacGraw, an actress that was in the 1970 film 'Love Story..' She was born in Cecilia and went to Cecilia High School. While in high school she was a cheerleader on the team and took home the title of 'Miss Louisiana Teen America.' She was seventeen and seventeen years old. In 1996, she was awarded the 'Miss Louisiana USA' title and became famous after winning the title 'Miss America. Her acting debut came in 1997 with the tv series "Clueless". The year 1998 saw her gain recognition as the "Doritos Girl" when she appeared in the Super Bowl commercial for 'Doritos. She first made an appearance as actor in the film Beautiful. Over the next few years she starred in a range of shows and movies.
